MitsubishiParts.NET | Need Feeback & Suggestions | Help Me Help You

So I had a discussion with the guy who runs our internet side of things at our Subaru store yesterday and we ended up getting into a "what do we need to get changed" talk.

I have a huge list of things that Ive been trying to get changed on our sites. Whether it be a user friendly layout, checkout process, shipping management, etc.

Im looking all of this over and I know Im overlooking some things. So Im coming to you all for suggestions.

Id appreciate a simple response with some details and not a whole lot of chatter. Id like to keep this clean and simple so I can present it to our IT Department and Upper Management for consideration.

Thank You!

I have past an present orders on my account that have never changed from the state of 'pending'. Updating to shipped with a tracking number would be nice.

Biggest issue I have had with mitsubishiparts.net is navigation and the limited amount of parts listed. It seems you have tried to cover the more popular items but there are still quick of few missing from that alone. It would also be helpful to have the part number of the item in the item description like at the end of the information or something.

I clicked on the link for Full OEM Parts Catalog. How about the fact right off I try the drop down menu put in the year 2009 then the make Mitsubishi but then for the bloody model there is no Lancer in the drop down menu choices. Are you people trying to drive customers away?

I've had great customer service from the site and Russell especially..both internet and phone...

No, CanadianJackal is right..I noticed the same thing...There is no Lancer under the 2009 section, however I'm sure most stays the same as 2008..with the exception of some parts for the 09 GTS, as the engine changed....

I find that section of the parts catalogue a tad difficult to navigate,...perhaps a little easier viewing experience to navigate...there are too many sub menus to click before you actually get the part you're looking for.....

It blows trying to find parts for these cars. I just looke up the Idle Air Control Valve and Throttle Position Sensor for the Lancer Evolution..............................nothing. Neither of them were listed.

Put the crush washers with the oil filters so they can be ordered at the same time without having to search.
