By metal bits, do you mean the clamps? I guess it wouldn't hurt to change those to. From what I could see; I need the upper and lower radiator hoses, the throttle body coolant hoses, the turbo rubber coolant hoses, Heater hoses (in the engine compartment), and a bottle of Mitsu coolant. Any more that I'm missing? Please let me know, I need to change these as asap.

I was talking about the metal coolant lines and the pipes that all the rubber hoses connect to. I didnt think you wanted those, but wanted to make sure first.
