How to cancel order?

How to cancel order?
I placed an order (evo 8 j-pipe) and need to cancel the order. I tried calling the number at the top of the site and was transferred to the internet department only to get a voicemail (left a detailed voicemail). My order hasn't shipped yet (most likely due because the part is not in stock)
I've heard lots of good things from the site and will be ordering stuff in the future but I can't find out how to cancel the order. I have the order number as well.
Please advise!
