Good prices, Outrageous Shipping

Ordered a camber bolt and nut. Parts where around $10 then they charged $10 shipping even though it was two small light parts that they threw in to a envelope and just shipped regular usps.

Not a bad deal over all just a little pissed the lack of response from the vendor on this site and the crazy flat rate shipping for such small cheap parts.

I've had the same experience with them- their shipping rates make no sense and it's tough to get much of a response from them. Their customer service definitely isn't winning any awards!

I've contacted Russell when crazy shipping quotes popped up in their online forms. He's made things right for me on multiple occasions. Good guy and good customer service. Give him a shout.

it is called "flat rate" for a reason!!! I have a warehouse, warehouse employees, shipping/packaging materials........People do not sell things to be nice.....Freight is an expense and if you think they will charge you only what they are being charged you are retarted! They have to pay for staff and shipping materials........freight is a cost of business thus money needs to be made off of it.
