The weird rule change that was to prohibit teams from having more than one driver with some # points in the previous season, was more than likely the reason why Peugeot dropped Panizzi for Freddy Loix...not any decrease in Gilles performance. Naturally, Rovanpera should be quicker on loose surfaces, if history is a guide.

that was bad ***, go !!! I feel bad about about solberg and gronholm tho, oh well, **** happens. Too bad about Duval (sp?) crashing and the guy in the skoda crashing too, at least no one got seriously hurt.

Panizzi and the team are slowy getting back the pace, considering the fact that the surfaces were mixed and not purely asphalt. Panizzi even managed to win a stage before Gronholm and Petter crashed out. This proves that he and the car are both capable of winning.

Anyone know why the Subaru had the vertical slats in the rear wing? I know it's not a style thing? Does the rudder affect actually help the car turn? Pretty weird looking.
