Tremblant driving school -- REGISTRATION OPENS MAY 2ND!!!
Hi everyone,
As you may know, the BMW Club of Quebec and the Boston Chapter of the BMW CCA are co-hosting our annual "Bimmers Across the Border" (BAB-7) event at the historic Le Circuit Mont-Tremblant on the weekend of August 12th-14th (Friday through Sunday). That's right...a midsummer weekend at Tremblant!
This event is a high-performance driving school as well as a BMW CCA Club Race. The Club Race is a "Premier" event, so points are doubled. That means racers will be coming in from as far away as Texas and California to compete. This event is one of the highlights of the BMW CCA Club Race season.
As for the school, it's a formal BMW CCA/BMW CC driving school. Each student will have their OWN instructor in the car with them at all times. One-to-one instruction is one of the hallmarks of our Club: the in-car instructor is yours for the WHOLE weekend (not just a few sessions), so you can work together closely and intensely.
In addition to your sessions on the track, you'll get passenger laps with your instructor (in their car), professional classroom instruction, a driving theory manual, a gourmet banquet dinner, trackside refreshments, and even a t-shirt. Further, we will have a professional motorsports photograpy team at the event snapping pictures of the track action. You can purchase high-res digital pics of your car in action burned onto a CD-ROM at a very reasonable cost.
As always, you do NOT need to drive a BMW in order to attend. We welcome all makes and models: all you need is a car in good mechanical condition, a helmet, and (most important) a good attitude. However, you DO need to be a member of a chapter of the BMW Club of Canada, BMW CCA, or PCA in order to register.
Registration for BMW Club of Quebec and BMW CCA--Boston Chapter members opens on MONDAY MAY 2ND. Registration for members of other chapters opens on May 4th. But beware...these events fill up VERY quickly. In past years, the "BAB" schools have filled within 48 hours of opening! So, if you want to guarantee a spot, join the BMW Club of Quebec or Boston Chapter right away and register immediately.

Please note that registration will be handled by the Boston Chapter. You will need to follow the link to the Boston Chapter website to register. Details regarding costs, etc. are all explained on that site.
Hope to see you there!
