I know there're alot of motor talks out there but I just want to know what fellow track junkies used for their EVO especially the ones seeming heavy track time?
I have been using Amsoil 10w-30 but now I'm thinking about switching to something that offers more protection. I spoke to Amsoil and they recommended the Series 2000 0w-30 for the extra protection.

yes I only recommend using 15/50 in the summer time tho.....unless you live in pheonix or texas or some other place thats always freakin sweaty hot all the time. I live in cali and I only use in summer. normally 59-72 deg avg. I use the 10-30w mobil one no doubt

I've been running the SR-5 in 20W-50 for a handful of track days and some street driving. I've just reached 3000 miles since the SR-5 went in. I'm going to send the used oil off for a Dyson analysis through Blackstone. I'll post the results here in case anyone is interested.
