the cars may have been prepared better....

but why is that an excuse?

Haha it isn't an excuse, this is why the races are raced, the fastest car/driver combo win....

High dollar is a relative term, certainly not the level of support you are used to in pro racing. I don't pretend to be an expert like you are, but certainly there is some truth to the results being what they were based on the level of support provided to one team versus the others.

I was at the runoffs all week, and the sentimates I mentioned in my previous post came from people in the pits, not just from my mind.

As far as being mad, I don't think so...I own and track my Evo but I also had and tracked an 04 STi and now own a Subaru Legacy GT. I like Subies but, I also would like to see a more even level of support in "amateur" racing.

Chuck Hemingson is a pro racer and obviously very good, no question about it. But when one team finishes 1,2,6 in a 20 lap sprint race what do you attribute that to? Better cars? Better drivers? Better prepared? Luck? Factory support?
