Here are some pictures from Boo Bash last Saturday at Midamerica Motorplex. The weather was perfect and I think everyone had an excellent time. Unfortuately, I didn't get pictures of Badog and DaWorstPlaya. Next time I promise.

To be honest, it didn't feel that much different than my previous suspension. Of course, the spring rates are about the same and I'm seriously out of practice. Turn in felt improved, bodyroll was negligible, and damping was instantaneous. Much to my embarrassment, I induced snap oversteer on cold tires at Turn 1. What really struck me was the traction I had coming out of corners which I'm pretty sure is due to the Quaife LSD. On the street, I've had a few scary instances where the car has been launched from imperfections in the road. Naturally, I was driving faster than I should have been.

The spin in turn 1 was quite impressive though, I remember seeing your car sideways in my rearview mirror

It always takes awhile to get used to new suspension. Once you get more time in you're gonna be flying out there.

We're definitely climatologically challenged around here, but it was a top ten day in my opinion. I wore a t-shirt and didn't even sweat in my helmet. Of course, I'm dreading the next four months.
