Uhhh, yeah there are normally different classes.

AMS = AWD Unlimited winner ; unless you can't tell, Nils car is far from unlimited. (See "street class")

Great job Nils! I'm glad to hear the car ran well for you. It's another good note to hear those GCS cams worked great -- I see those in my car down the road...

keep up the great driving!

thx guys....

V.8MR - yeah, there are several different classes. Below is a breakdown:
Unlimited
FWD - RWD - AWD

Modified
FWD - RWD - AWD

Street
FWD - RWD - AWD

AMS won the AWD subdivision in unlimited class, but GMG took the overall championship title in a RWD class car.... make sense?

thx... yeah.. the very first pull on the car I thought I was over-boosting the car but really wasnt.. I was shocked at how hard & quickly the car was pulling... Cal speedway is a HP track... its like 2 auto crosses paired with a couple straights... the cams did me very good

Congrats!

I'd like to hear more about how this helped. Was Robi able to lower the car more in front or were the benefits otherwise?

thx...

lower a lil more.... there was a kink between 2 straights where there was some good load on the front wheels... car felt more stable up front.. more bite.. didnt have to let off at all.

We'll know for sure the improvements the kit makes when I go back to SMMP (the home track).
