It might be the angle but is it necessary for clearance to run the 10mm spacers? There appears to be more then 10mm of clearance from the tire to the strut assembly.
Where is the front factory camber adjustment set, max or min setting?
Also could you do me a big favor, can you measure the actual tire section width of your Vicotoracers, inflated and mounted on the rims? I want to compare them to my 275’s to see the difference. The way I measure is to lay the tire flat, lay a long strait edge across the tire then measure the distance to the ground.

First, I can't measure the Victo's, as I switched to 710's a while back.
Front camber adjustment is set at max.
Yes, with a 710, it's necessary to run a 10mm. I have never run without it, but tire deflection at heavy loads looks to me like it would contact the spring. Actually, I run a 15mm spacer now.

Yeah, especially with wider spacers, and bigger profile tires. 285/30/18 tires clear much better and give a gearing advantage than the 275/40/17 size... but in the V710 the price difference is $300 a set.

a 10" wheel and a 275 were a match made in heaven.
you could easily slap on a 17x10 +25mm 5zigen FN01R-C for the front and get a better shapped contact patch and not have to run a spacer.

why do you need the 10mm front spacer on a 17x9 +35mm offest rim? With my setup I only need a 3mm spacer and no fender rolling was required.
I run a 17x9 +35mm offset with the v710 (11.4" sectional width). To prevent clearance problems on the lower spring perch in front, I use 8" springs which raises the lower spring perch above the profile of the tire enough to avoid any rubbing.

I have polished the spring a little, but that was with the 10" spring. By using the 8" spring, you can avoid rolling the front fenders.

The overall diameter for that tire is, on paper, the same as stock (25.3). To be honest, you'll need to experiment with spacer size. It also depends on if/how much you've rolled your fenders. Different manufacturers make the same size tires that are in the real world different sizes.... a RA-1 vs a V170 vs an A6 in the same size all will fit differently.
I have a pile of different sized spacers in my garage...so you're welcome to come down some weekend while I'm working around the house and test the spacers in my garage.

I actually don't use that alignment any more. I went to a significantly faster one.
The (new) alignment came from guys that are faster than me. If you want setup help, I'm sure you could PayPal Jay (Kekek on this board) some funds
The alignment is for an R-compound shod car, used for track days and autocross. The alignment allows great rotation off throttle and on throttle and turns in beautifully. Once the car gets a better driver I'm sure it will be really fast!

I just bought my house two months ago... the garage is still under construction. Insulation is done, but I still have drywall and electrical to do. I also want to run my airtools... although that's a longer term project.
