Looks like a big private joint with big money buy in. Hard to tell but there is a huge growth in this type of motorsport part and I think its a good and bad thing.
On one hand it shows that the sport is strong and we have great things to look forward to in this new golden age of road racing. Then again its not all that easy to get track time without really trying to jump through hoops and working angles. I fear many of the new tracks will fill the void by going high dollar for easy access and close out a great many of us in the safe way golf clubs do.

expected finish date when i talked to them a month ago was august 2008. will probably work the exact same way as autobahn. not impossible to get on, but not as easy as something like gingerman!

Maybe a bunch of tracks will get together and do a "time share" sorta thing that will let you get your time at your home track plus swap some time at other tracks in exchange for consideration.
At some point I may well be willing to take the plunge into membership but it would have to be someplace close to my home and be cool without being uptight.
