I just had dinner with the director of NASA northeast and he said he will have Lime Rock HPDE's and club races this year. The "club" will be renting the track for half days. So they will continue to run there. The only downside, no noobies. I dont think they will have any beginner class at Lime Rock.

CG lock is great for holding your lower body, but doesn't do squat with the upper body and you'll still dive forward if you break really hard, I switched to a Schroth harness that is used ONLY for autocross and nothing else that supports both lower and upper portions of my body. On a road course, use your stock seatbelts unless you have a rollbar/roll cage, because you can seriously injure yourself in the event your vehicle does roll over *knock on aphalt*.

Ok guys here it is.
I will be attending my first HPDE at LimeRock park saturday april 12th! So long as there is a novice section which I would think there would be.... a poster above thinks there is a posibility there wil not be. My fingers are crossed.
In attendance so far will be my friend Jared in his WRX, -pmp- twitch from these forumns, and I . Oh and i think zl1750 will be there too. I am very much so looking forward to this event and I bet it will be awsome to meet fellow evo enthusiats there!

If nothing else....definately definately definately upgrade brake pads and brake fluid. (I run Motul 600 and Carbotech XP12 pads)

Also a fresh track alignment is nice to have.
