Well, that would all depend how low you are. In dips and such like driveway dips, the nose comes in at a steeper angle and the splitter could get pushed up. On upward angles, the APR splitter will probably get scraped. Its a crap shoot, I would say!

On the TT note, that's why i'm building up to TTS, because without the mods for the aero i was already past the 60 points or what have you for TTA so long as i use the right tire size and correct power ratio, i should be cool....

As far as the APR Lip, i have some friends who have it on their evo's, and it looks functional, plus the fact that you technically wouldn't have to use the bumper clips to install it...however, i'm not a huge fan of giant SS bars sticking out there....

Sent a note and got back a reply. Seems as if the splitter may be easy on and off after you get it set up which would be very nice. Trying to get a little more clarity before I order some new toys.

Yeah, John from Autovation said the same to a message in me. But, I want to know basically: Is a splitter like his perform better than a splitter/undertray like the APR?

I like the new buschur undertray which looks good and is cheap, but shipping on it is painfully expensive!

I like the idea of using the Autovation unit WITH the Buschur tray.

Lucky for me shipping is easy on Buschur parts as I can just drop in and put them in my car and drive home.

Anyways, since you mentioned TT, i hope you realize that youre going to have to take points for aero mods. So if youre planning on running in NASA's TT series some day, think about that aspect before you do anything.
The coolest thing I've ever seen in my life was red duct tape holding the front air dam on a Ferrari 512 TR. The guy tracked the car and it only had license plates to drive it to the shop. There was literally chunks of rubber missing out of the tread on the tires. The whole front spoiler was covered in duct tape... ahh

Just got an email back about the Autovation unit.

Seems as if a power screwdriver will get this on or off the car in about 5 min or so. This changes my attitude tword it a great deal in that before I was only moderatly interested and now I lust for it.

That piece plus the buschur undertray ftw!

I'm not sure about 5 minutes, but from having a whole car in my garage to having a whole car in my garage WITH a splitter took me about an hour.

You know the story... Not everything lines up, you have a huge intercooler, some plumbing and a Setrab oil cooler you need to make room for, etc...

If my Evo had been stock, it would have cut my time in half and I would have never needed Mr. Dremel.
