You're right Nils, the stripes do detract from the cars sinester black looks, but on track, it looks like every other black car.......(with orange wheels.) So I turn it into the orange "racer tape special". Maybe I could get a sponsorship???? ......hmmm.

I personally love the orange. I think its the best part of the car. I am actually doing something similar on my Evo one of these days, not with orange though. There seems to be enough orange/white cars in time attack these days

In addition to looking bad ***, the bright colored tape, if put in the right places, can actually help you learn more about what the car is doing from pictures. This is especially true with a black car that blends into the pavement.
