Evos in SCCA Touring 2 runoff

I'm watching the SCCA Touring 2 Runoff on Speed right now and there's a few Evos in the pack. Anybody on here involved?

Not sure, one is a GG IX I think with AMS stickers while the other is a white unknown generation with Robispec stickers.

Ziegler is in second, the Evos and STI are quite a bit further down. Maybe it's a class issue, the modifications that are allowed in touring 2 might not benefit the Evos as much as they benefit the Solstices.

GM builds there damn cars for SCCA T- classes I am convinced..... They have there own package dedicated to modifying the cars for T-2...Heinricy might be gone but his ways aren't

The Evo is Marty.

And GM does race in Detroit SCCA. They have a bunch of cars and test chassises they run. That information they are testing has to go into their cars.

I don't think so. I'm shocked at how fast the Evo is compared to the competition, it's not great in the corners but it walks away on that front stretch.

There's another Evo (blue) in the 16th position I think...behind the yellow Soltice and blue Lotus Exige.

Edit: Ok, the blue car is STi.
