Yeah baby... Both Ferrari's at the top of the sheets in second practice. This is after Kimi's KERS ish the bed in P1. That and Rubens get a 5 spot grid penatly for Sundays race due to a tranny change. Brawn now saying thats the weak spot in there car. Can't wait to see all of second practice after work today (dvr).

Quali is gonna be good...

I think it's BS how the tabloids and non-MM fans are punishing Lewis for "listening to a direct team order." It's a lose lose situation but all this fallout isn't necessary. The FIA also isn't ruling out "further" action against Lewis and MM. WTF!!!

And practice was pretty exciting. There were no Massa moments but it was wild to see Kimi's smoke show. Remaining level headed during dangerous and life threatening situations just demonstrates the level of skill and professionalism of the drivers. The Ferraris were extremely quick during second practice but these reliability issues are cause for concern. None the less, I'm sure qualifying will be entertaining.

Any thoughts on why bmw sucked so much yesterday?

MM looked horrible as well. With those teams seeming to struggle and the penalty's that need to be assessed it should been a very interesting qualifying.

I was glad to see that too. The Ferrari's didn't look all that bad in terms of pace @ AU, considering where they qualified.

Certainly was an interesting quali session...

Should be a good race with fast cars starting towards the rear of the field. Hopefully we don't get a monsoon in the middle of the race. I think a little rain would be OK but it looks like it just all-out dumps in Kuala Lumpur. I keep having flashbacks to Nurburgring 07'.

We'll see what happens tomorrow...

Aww Poor Massa and Ferrari got caught with their pants down. Almost Kimi too lucky for his time. It seems they think this is 08 still where Q1 you put a flyer and then garage it. lol. Kimi still has a shot as this track seems favourable for him

Good pace from Vettel. I think that rear spoiler design from AN is giving them good advantage. He will start 13th.

On another note the times of the cars were in the 1:33's which is faster than the lap records of the v12 engine of Montoya!!

MM is slow and the cars are understeering bad...

Renault....looks like Alonso is starting heavy. Guess hes hoping for rain or some accidents to get into the points.

Brawn fast again...nothing will stop these guys unless other cars get the diffusers on them.

Toyota looks to have promise finally.

Tomorrow should be exciting.

Haha ... that was the most interesting race with the most number of position changes I've seen in a long time ... To see the track conditions constantly change and the cars keep diving into the pit lanes was funny as hell. Too bad in had to end due to the weather, I would've like the seen them run till the end ...

It was really incredible how fast it went from "hey, it's cloudy" to "...and out comes the red flag!".

For what it's worth, Rosberg had a really nice start and looked pretty solid out there.

Rosberg had an incredible start to the race. BMW was pretty lucky that the race ended while it did, timing really played out in there favor.

Awesome pass kimi made on Alonso.

Also it was pretty cool to see the KERS in action. Specifically the part when Webber had a tow on Alonso and got side of him and started to pass but then Alonso hit the KERS and began to pull away.

All I can say about the race is WTF! I remember when F1 had the best organizers in the world, there were not safety cars for EVERY little thing, and they raced in RAIN, and races all started at 1 pm local time to the track....so that Sh*t like this wouldnt happen and the race would get in, in the allotted time frame....I would have been PISSED if I paid to go see that race today....Isnt this one of the reasons we bash nascar!? AM I the only one that feels this way? I hope F1 improves this season, I am sick of all the controversies that occur from year to year... oh well, just one mans opinion..I still love to watch it, although it sucks that I cant see them this year, cause of no Canada.....

It was a pretty awesome race. I was pissed when Alonso went for his gravel excursion as the rain started. He put up a good fight and would've probably finished really high up in the standings.

Also, when it comes to rain, the problem isn't the rain. It's the pooling water. That was the issue. When it gets so bad that the full rain tires become slicks, the race has to be called. It's unfortunate but you gotta remember that these drivers are multi-million dollar investments driving multi-million dollar machines. Safety is priority. Seems to me like the use of the safety car has been rather conservative in the last few years.

PS.
GO LEWIS GO!!!!!
