^^^^ Yeah he was getting it done those first few laps for sure. And then made a few more nice passes at turn 1 to get by guys later in the race.

I hate all these new tracks. They end up being super-lame, with almost no passing. Be interesting to see how Abu Dabi shakes out. The FIA always talk up these new tracks as being state of the art, with excellent passing areas and yada yada. Then they are crap when raced on. I mean how is it that every freakin' track is designed by the same douche-bag, it's so incestuous. At some point every race will be on a Hermann Tilke designed track and they will all be boring.

It amazes me that nobody can figure out how to design a track that has some passing zones. Especially when the track is in the middle of a field/desert and there are no geographic constraints.

All these new tracks are flat as a friggin slab of granite. Can't they find some real estate with elevation change. Seriously it's lame.

Agreed, that was some good racing. Thats the thing about F1, when the racing is close it is absolutely the best in the world. Problem is it only happens for about 3 minutes every other race.

Yes, lets see more elevation change and rolling landscape. More variables that way, would make for better racing imo.

I dunno, Kobayashi and Webber were both driving a little dirty, I didn't care much for that. Mark's "block" on Kimi took out is front wing and Kobayashi's "block" on Nakajima retired Nakajima's car.

^ Yeah, Kobayashi's move to block Nakajima was seriously sketchy.

Agreed. Webers block really *issed me off. Guys been doing that stuff all season. Kobayashi's block should have warranted a grid penalty for Abu Dhabi.

I'm not certain Button would have gotten so far up at Interlagos, had the Trulli-Sutil-Alonso-Raikonnen entaglements not moved him past them. Also don't see him wanting to get shamed by Hamilton at Mac-Merc.

I would agree with that about Button, but thats racing. Stuff happens and it effects everyone else... I try not to look at things and say well if this didn't happen... Look at last years Championship, you would drive yourself crazy.

There's no way Button is going to MM. I think he'll stay at Brawn, he would be stupid to leave. Ask JB which he would rather have, the X number of millions he didn't make this year or to be World Champion.

I hate to say it, but the more I hear about some of the contract shenanigans, the more respect I have for JB and less for the likes of Kimi. I mean c'mon, 25M Euro?!? Really? That on top of the payout he's getting by Ferrari and the motivational issues the guy has? I think not.

He's wants both 3mill vs 8mill when alonso, kimi,& Hamilton are something like 20mill, 15mill and 10mill, though if he does stay it'll be because merc buys a into brawn because then the team could afford it + some

Reportedly Kimi says it is McLaren or bust for his F1 future now. Abu D. practice tomorrow.

Great to see Vettel win again and Hami have to retire. Kobash on Button was epic, I think he won himself a race seat next season right then. Great battle at the end between Weber and Button. Hate to see Kimi's season/career end that way, out of the points. Hopefully he and McLaren can come to an agreement otherwise I'll watch him in the WRC.

Its been a crazy season, so far off from the norm of the last few years. Overall, its been fun to watch and I can't wait till Bahrain next year.
