That was crazy, and they barely said a word after. I would have been laughing so hard if I was driving, any safe excursion off the road is worth a good chuckle. Seems like he wasn't ready for that corner to tighten over the crest, he came in wicked hot. That's what always would get me , a tightening corner. I had a few offs because I came in hot and wasn't looking for the corner to tighten.
I couldn't match up her pace notes with the road for crap. Everyone uses different terms. That would take some seat time to get used to. When I drove my co-driver was super quiet and hardly spoke, I pretty much drove the stages blind.

We just had our first rally with my wife, and when she read me a right 5 and actually it was a left 3 over crest.. i was scared to death. We just barely made it.
We where speechless too, for a good couple of seconds. Then she find the right note again and we continue.
Lucky thing is, i wasn't trust her that much, so we didn't go off actually.

I think you just heard it wrong Rob LOL. I'm going to scare the hell out of you up here when I take you for a ride, no notes at all, I have the roads memorized from years of going out on them. I'll take you out on the BRS roads too so you can make your own notes for the fall.
