The lines on the sides of the shock bodies is actually for the divorced reservoirs, they are not linear pots. You can order them in various lengths from Anze to fit your application needs.

Does that car actually see the track? All your photos thus far have been hard parked.

I used to alot. The problem is the last 2 years i have spent so much money/time modding it i cant afford to hit the track. i can only afford to do one thing at a time. Mod it or drive it and seeing how my soon to be wife wants kids soon, i am trying to spend the money modding it now while i have some extra before babies come.

furthermore, that is literally the first picture i have posted of it actually done. I just finished putting the car back together 100% on saturday. So kinda hard to race it when its not aligned or all in one piece. the last picture was at the speedway 1.5 miles from my house, it made it there with the alignment completely f'ed up. but that is about as far as i would take it till i got the alignment done last weekend.

New set of wheels to match up with the widebody and NT01s going on them. Should get them next week.

I am. I am still working on it but it has taken a real back seat to the evo.

I am actually sending out a bell housing this week to try and have an adapter plate machined and welded to it so i can finally mate my engine and trans together. This whole one off engine and trans combo has been a real ***** to get together but i might have finally found some one willing to help. All this down time on that car is what lead me to building up the evo from a DD to what it is today.

Exactly my point.

Parked in a paddock or hot pits, cool beans.

Parked hard in a parking lot or show? There's a thread for that already.

excuse me. i didnt know this forum was full of haters. I get hate in the show and shine by the hard parkers and hate here by the track guys.

Looks like me car belongs no where. Sorry for taking the time to build the car. i guess i should of left it stock bodied and took it to a track day to get some respect from some one.

^ all good man. The car looks great. Looks like it has potential to do well on track. It sucks when I see a well built car that never get use to its full potential.

oh, you would be surprised. LOL

if i wanted nothing but kind words from my peers, i'd buy another Subaru. those guys are far more supportive of each other than Evo peeps

i suppose you gotta understand this thread is mostly comprised of those of us that get the car on the track first and worry about mods as we need them or can afford to do so.
I.E. for me, driving a stock car on the track > having a race car sitting in the garage.

in the end, it's your car. do what ya like. but this is is a "track evo" thread, so people expect to see track pics
