I would expect the Atom to be faster.

Did the driver let out some kind of evil laugh just as his bov went off going into the first corner? That's really evil.

The atom should be a faster car, not necessairly a faster driver though.

It probably is with a driver with the ***** to drive one at full tilt.

Agreed. I saw one at Summit Main in July. There were a number of cars that it should be destroying passing him. Of course, to watch it scream down the front straight at probably over 140 MPH before braking, I can understand why he wasn't near the limits of the thing.

I ran with him earlier this year - very nice guy I think he has it registered as a motorcycle in Virginia. I would think driving to and from the track would be the scary part

We have a local guy with an atom: www.evilatom.com

The car is always limited to its driver. What a fantastic machine.

Can't you hear these Evo's are pretty fast machines...
At last, it looks like they have excellent traction and horse power !

Do you have any HPDE events coming up before year end?

We still haven't met. I'll be at Track Daze October 3-4 at Shenandoah and am kicking around hitting up Lightning late in September with the DC Benz club.

Hi guys!

this video is mine... filmed from my Evo VI

this is not my "evil laugh" but was my passenger ...

it wasn't a smart car but a Suzuki Swift Sport

Atom are nice track toys but hard to control in my opinion...

Yup - @ NJMP September 14th & 15th with a club - 1st day @ Thunderbolt and the next @ Lightening.

Not too interested with Shenandoah, I think......
