The ice is looking good for us (FVSCC) and we should be ready to race soon. Hope you guys have your studs/winter tires ready!

cfdfireman, how are you liking your studded tire setup? do any of them leak air?

Leak? Hope I got that fixed, the first event with just RTV they leaked some but I was able to keep up with a small compressor between runs. Second event I tried Slime and that sucked bad, I did like 5 runs and had to go home. Now I have tubes with liners like they use on motorcycle ice tires.

those general artics are suppose to be good. I ordered a set for my subaru 2.5rs. We'll see how good they do on the ice.

We are shooting for our first ice-x on Jan 10th. Hopefully the ice will be thick enough. I'll have more info posted on the FVSCC website soon.

We do! we have a truck that plows the course, if he falls through then we wont be running.
