I'll go with

1)Hamilton (because everyone seems to hate him)
2)alonso
3)massa
4)vettel
5)Undecided

The reality is Ferrari is probally going to run away with it and it will really be between Massa&Alonso

I didn't want to pick a fifth driver yet, but was forced to. What makes you think that you can get off that easy?

Virgin Racing are ready to take their VR-01 to the track for the first time on Thursday.

The Dinnington-based outfit launched their car on Wednesday, and while the digital launch was not without its problems, the team are confident that their shakedown run at Silverstone will go smoothly having completed the necessary safety tests.

"We are delighted to have sailed through the sign-off of the VR-01's structural integrity in accordance with the FIA's crash testing requirements," said technical director Nick Wirth.

"We're all set for our initial shakedown before heading out to Jerez to begin three weeks of testing. Everyone is looking forward to finally seeing the VR-01 on track," he added.

The VR-01 was designed completely in the digital realm, using Computational Fluid Dynamics and without the assistance of a wind tunnel.

Stolen Results for Valencia Three Day Testing

BEST TIMES FROM WHOLE 3 DAYS AT VALENCIA F1 TEST:
F. Alonso (Ferrari) 1:11.470
F. Massa (Ferrari) 1:11.722
K. Kobayashi (BMW Sauber) 1:12.056
P. De la Rosa (BMW Sauber) 1:12.094
L. Hamilton (McLaren) 1:12.256
R. Kubica (Renault) 1:12.426
M. Schumacher (Mercedes GP)1:12.438
J. Alguersuari(Toro Rosso) 1:12.576
N. Rosberg (GP Mercedes)1:12.899
J. Button (McLaren) 1:12.951
V. Petrov (Renault) 1:13.097
R. Barrichello(Williams) 1:13.377
N. Hulkenberg (Williams) 1:13.669
S. Buemi (Toro Rosso) 1:13.823
G. Paffett (McLaren) 1:13.846
Yes, fuel loads each team were running may change these results down the road. That said, it looks like Massa will have his intrateam hands full; Kobay and De la Rosa are close with same for Williams; Hamilton way ahead of Button as expected; ditto for Renault, Brawn and Toro Rosso.

And is it me, but McLaren and Renault look much lower and wider than last year and compared to others; Brawn's "bent nose" does not appear to be making them quick relative to others. Finally, Ferrari needs to wait and see if actual track testing yeilds positive results (and they did in Valencia) before talking about developing their Spec B replacement of the F10. In short, wait to see empirical results before jumping ship.

Later, Ken

Yeah, I saw that on F1.com this morning. I think he's mistaken if he thinks that is going to get him anywhere though. By the time that Schumacher is ready to retire again, they won't be replacing him with Heidfeld. I'm sure it'll be someone much younger and moving into his prime, or already in it. Maybe another German by the name of Vettel?!

Edit: If not Vettel, then it could even be freaking Hulkenberg. With all of these Germans in F1, it makes me wish my parents had gotten me into karting when I was in my youth!!!! I'm a Felgenhauer, so obviously born to be a great F1 driver. Hahaha

anyone notice the cell phone tower attached to the air inlet of the ferrari? i cant tell if they are pretending that the mythical sword excaliber is stuck in the bodywork, or if they just wanted to know relative air speed 10 feet above the car.

That could be loosely translated as "Rim Smasher" or "Rim Beater" (Rim as in wheel). That's probably why your parents figured it wasn't worth it to let you go karting.

Hehe, yeah that's how it translates. IMO Felgenhauer would be a perfect name for NASCAR. LOL!

Has all of the teams released pictures of their chassis yet? I know it's always a waiting game.
