Thanks. Ive seen that one, but i dont like it because i cant see the track. I like watching in-car that looks like mine, ie you can see straight out the windshield, and at the same time you can see the drivers hands and feet. But i want the footage to look and sound a billion times better than mine. I dont think thats too much to ask for from these guys.

FINALLY!! Someone built a good rear diffuser for an Evo 8 ... and started breaking records. Imagine that. Awesome job, guys. Can't wait to see more.

No really...I saw this coming a mile away. In their first real event is even more impressive.

I'm sure it was, but from what I've seen, most of the TA crowd continues to underestimate the benefits to be had from good aero dynamics. IMO it's only a matter of time until someone builds a car with outrageous aero and shatters all current TA records.

That's because real aero takes BIG money to develop from the ground up. Nobody has the money for that in Time Attack.

Both FXMD and AMS are not doing full Redline schedules this year, just a race or two. These were the two poster cars of last season. AMS used to have big NOS stickers on everything, you'll notice it's gone from all the cars and trailers. FXMD said they could not get enough money to do the whole season.

There is not a good return on investment in time attack right now for sponsers, and without money coming in there is no $$$$ to pay to develop aero. Otherwise you just throw aero at the car and see what happens, which isn't real development.

I dont want to sound like one of those haterpoints but i dont like the video they posted. Cameras that are mounted on the outside like that provide useless video for me. The only type of videos that are useful for me, and enjoyable to watch, are the ones that you can see straight out the windshield, and at the same time you can see the drivers hands, and legs/feet if possible. This way not only can i see what the driver is actually doing (input), i can also see where he is going (output).
