Sorry, missed that part. Ive gone a slightly different route this year by running the Hoosier non-DOTs. Competition weight has been around 3230lbs, and makes around 345whp.

Ah I figured, those looked like R80/R100's. You like those better or do you think you were faster on DOT's?

Ill tell you what ive told everyone else...its too early to say anything concrete. Since im used to running R6/A6 type tires, the transition into the non-DOTs wasnt a major increase in grip for me. Im just barely starting to get a feel for these tires. More than anything, im still trying to figure out tire pressures, because they require significantly different tire pressures. My experience thus far has proven that its true...you cant just slap on non-DOTs and expect to be faster. You might be, but to use them at their potential you need to get everything dialed in. So, they do feel a bit faster than the R6/A6, but im not sure by how much because everything needs to be dialed in to really use them at their potential. As if that hasnt been challenging enough, im also trying to get used to the rear-diff. But that has become more challenging than i expected because figuring out tire pressures and suspension settings for these tires has proven to be primary. So if the tire pressures and suspension settings are not dialed in, its difficult to really use the potential of the rear-diff. Honestly, the best way i can describe it is that its like being a noob all over again.
