STANCE Suspension Evo 1st place Super Modified Redline TA@ Autobahn **Video**
It was a crazy weekend at the Redline Time Attack @ Autobahn Country Club in Joliet, IL.
I only got a couple practice laps in Saturday morning. The car was running very well, but a leaky water pump gasket, delayed me from going back out before the rain and lightning hit the track. We thought we had that issue fixed since we just put a new water pump and gasket on the car a few days before the event. Since the weather was so bad, we decided to take our time and make sure the car was looked over thoroughly for Sundays timed sessions.
Sunday morning started out with a forecast of no rain until 6pm. So the team decided to run the Record Assault timed Super Modified session on low boost(wastegate pressure). Then for the second session we would turn up the boost to see what the car could really do.
I went out and ran a warm up lap, then got on it for a lap. Ran a cool down lap and then another aggressive lap. My crew chief Eric communicates to me that the lap was a 1:27.78 so i decide to pull it into the pits so the team could prepare it for the next session with more power.
10 Minutes before the next session was to begin, the clouds decide to dump a lot of rain on us. Knowing the track wouldn't dry out in time we called it a day. Big props to the guys who went out to for the Super Session in the unforgiving conditions.
The session we did get in, we were able to capture the Super Modified Class victory and fastest time overall, too.
I want to thank Stance Suspensions, all the guys at Touge Factory, and TFworks. Also my other sponsors, Hankook tires, Forced Performance, CLbrakes and Teamtech.
here's the video of the winning lap at Autobahn.

Wow looks like you had a handfull with the car, the audio in the video is tough to make out anything besides dump tube, but what kind of tires were used? I can't tell if the car was letting go with no warning or if it was a damp track with surprise break away. Great results and times!

I have the car setup with all 3 differentials changed so the car is very "loose". I definitely have no understeer in the car anywhere. It does have throttle oversteer anywhere and anytime i want it. I don't think its the dump tube that makes the car so loud, it's the full thin wall titanium exhaust dumping out the side.
