929 Evo - NASA TT @ VIR

Awesome! That is a great result considering your first time at the track and put up a VERY close fight! Way to keep the locals on their toes..
I always say I would rather lose a close battle than win a blow-out. I bet you could find that .03 next trip!

So I've had a lot of people ask me - Would you go back to VIR?
In a word - YES.
Might I travel a different route; yes. And hopefully next time I do a 2000 mile trip I have some sort of pit crew; but nearly all of my trips are alone.
And I did add on some Allstate roadside coverage!

I have some additional roadside coverage - a new(ish) truck with about 9,000 miles now (that I unfortunately had to buy in Virginia last year). I believe GRM magazine is again hosting the event at VIR in July.
It's an invitation only event. Should I register for 2011?
I did confirm that I was some major boost leaks above 15psi last year. My guess is I had maybe 320whp at the most. I've got an updated tune now thx to AMS - something like 370-380whp. That could make one hell of a difference on a high-horsepower track like VIR where I hit 140 & 142mph per lap last year.
hhhhmmmmm....
