Ladies and gentlemen, can I please have your attention. I've just been handed an urgent and horrifying news story. I need all of you, to stop what you're doing and listen.

You definitely should! It's a really safe track. May also have freebies raffled off if there's a good enough turnout, and professional photos available.

We need about 30-35 total in cars to swing that. Currently at about 10 cars.

Awesome, thanks Jon, see ya there.

We will have a very competent tech on hand for pads and fluid flush if you need such services.

Damn, we could use an instructor or two.

Robbie, this is in Michigan near the South-Western tip, a few miles away from Lake Michigan.

It'd be quite a hike from NJ/NY/PA, etc... but would be absolutely awesome seeing your car there. One of my favorite Evo X's... I've already seen Gates' car in person many times, but never saw yours.

Hey fellas! I just got my b'new 2011 GSR and would love to try and track my car.
I'm a complete newbie when it comes to tracking. The closest experience i have is driving in Granturismo 5 using the Logitech G27 steering wheel around the Nürbügring and learning how to approach corners and do heel and toe LOL.
I Know that sounds ridiculous but it's better than not having any experience at all, right? Haha
Anyways, what place would you recommend for getting a racing helmet?
if you know a local place in the Chicago area that would be awesome.

Thanks in advance!
Mic

Is nothing like in-real-life.

Just come to the track with an open mind (and find a good instructor). Wish I was in the area. Would be a fun day.

I got my SA10 HJC helmet from them. Great group of guys there...and near you.

Haha of course! The GT5 with the G27 is a good way to release stress... :haha:
Thanks for the info bud! I will visit the store in Elk grove and look at some helmets to get me started with tracking
