on the serious note, i think te orgenizers fix those minor accidents. That is one of a reason why we pay $1000 + entry fees.... The rally entry fees are usually very high , and one reason is theinsurance of the event. But as more car comes usually the entry fees are lower.
Tarmac rally is the most expensive rally form. The gravel events usually half of the price. Way less risk to make property damage vs the public road events (tarmac)

. Hint - I am one of the few people who serviced your car at the rally 
I know about insurance and all. Still, was just wondering about the owners reaction as the people are so sensitive about the rally taking place on "their" streets.
