Yes. They are modified S2000 fender flares. You can fit same amount of rubber as Voltex wide body and they weight nothing. And I think they look better.

Yes they are. The only way you can make 370whp and 3300+lb car go fast around track. I wish I could have money for TD's or even RC1's... but 888 for now are the best tires I can afford.
Just to mention at SLB my tires were already 2 races old and car was running with 100psi compression on two cylinders. 90k miles on engine and it finally needs well deserved rebuild, too bad it happened right before SLB.
I was way too busy getting ready for my first kid being born so I didn't have any time to mess with car before SLB. I am sure I could go much faster than 1:55 with right engine and on set of new tires.

Congrats on the new baby! You could definitely pick up some more time with some fresh TD's.

Good thing you got a 4G63. I've seen 4G63's with 140K mileage put down some damage before with low compression so its not that bad as long as the power isn't too high. Not like those Subie motors.

I'm actually around 90K as well with two cylinders reading a tad low. Head is still good, the rings are just a bit worn.
