How does a 450WHP EVO X compare with a GT3 RS and GT2 (footage)
Had a bit of fun on a track day this weekend, always nice to see how the old girl holds up against Germany's best…
To preempt the questions;
The EVO is running a low compression Jun 2.3 engine, HKS 3240 Turbo with HKS Valcon and F-Con.
The engine normally runs a reliable 550WHP / 550lb.ft at 1.9bar on race fuel during the season.
This run is on pump gas at 1.9 bar, detuned to about 450WHP for the summer (the race reason is during the winter here).
I was running some old Pirelli PZero Rosso's, as you can hear, and the temp was about 100F on the day.
No aero, or ground effects, Full Alcon Race brakes, but with some street spec pads.
(anybody know how to make this video come up as a preview? )
