Any good competition fixed seats with sub harness provisions?

Been looking to upgrade from my oem recaros into something I wont slide around so much in ( I have the leather SSL seats evo 8). A few seats I looked at were sparco, racetech, and Bride seats. I noticed they don't really come with the provisions for the sub harness, what gives? I didn't think it was ok for the sub harness to sort of come over the seat bottom and onto your lap. What setup are you folks with aftermarket seats using??

No, you don't want the sub-strap to go over the cushion. I just installed a Cobra Suzuka GT.
Did you actually go and look at the seats or just pictures? Many have a two-piece bottom cushion, separate thigh and butt sections. The sub straps come up between them.

Just been looking online. Hard to tell from pics as all I can go by is whatever description. I really like the schroth hybrid harness, so may end up going with something like that.

I am running a Racetech RT4009 seat and Schroth Profi II Hans 6-pt harness. I would recommend 5/6 point over a 4 point. I had a 4 point on the passenger side and had issues with passengers starting to slide under the belt

Go sit in a bunch. You need to know where your shoulders will end up for the shoulder holes. Recaros tend to be higher. Sparcos tend to be lower. Everything else is in between.

All of those seat manufacturers will have the bottom hole but you need to lift the cushions up to see them.

I love my Sparco Evo seats, they are inexpensive, comfortable, and fit the sub straps no problem. I also run Sparco HANS harnesses now which are fantastic.

I would go 6 point for sure.
