Gets pretty heavy with 4wheels with mounted tires. Make sure its screwed/bolted through the studs securely. The ones I have, have 8 big hex head screws per rack and I believe each rack support 375lbs.
I ordered 1 initially, and thinking I was missing some parts needed for assembly, I called the company and instead of shipping me the missing parts, they sent me a whole 2nd rack. So 2 for the price of 1 haha
Edit this one looks decent, is only 35bucks and hold 300lbs. Plus its fold-able. Depends what your time is worth but for that kind of money for me it was best to just buy rather than build.

No only 10 minutes closer to work. But going from single to married and 2 kids priorities have changed. Current place takes about 10 hours per week just on yard upkeep. Double that in spring and fall. So giving up some space, but will have more time to actually work on stuff.

What is everyone using for fluid collection and drain buckets. I'm looking around at options to make oil service work easier on the lift. Just curious if there are ones I need to stay far away from.

Bout time to update this. These are a bit out date by a few weeks but heres the new home of SSB. Specs are 32x60 with a 650 sqft loft. Its 13ft walls and vaulted ceiling on the shop side and 10ft ceiling height under the loft which will be the CNC shop.
All wood framed and insulated with a 50k btu gas furnace for heat. The plan is to run a DIY minisplit in the loft for an office space when its too hot out or when I dont want to heat the whole shop. It should be done in about a month and house done in late feb to early march.
Grammy for scale
Floor plan.

We have 400amp brought to the house then 200 run to the shop. So should have plenty of power to run another machine or two
