I finally had electrical done in my garage. Had a 100 amp service brought into a separate breaker panel in the garage, several outlets, as well as 220v outlets. And an exterior breaker for the minisplit I just ordered.

Went with 18k BTU 21 SEER Hyper Heat Mitsubishi unit. More expensive than Chinese brands but call it a political expense.

Was gonna order maxjax but I see Danmar raised the price SIGNIFICANTLY...



That's a great idea on the joints. I considered AC, but I would have to go solar to even start being able to afford
that kind of electric.

Gd dam, 3770 for a baby lift?! Weren't' they like 2200 before?

How long for the cracks to fully show?

I usually recommend 8' - 10' for those that are concerned about cracking but I won't go over 12' no matter what the customer requests.

It's likely you just didn't notice the control joints but if there really were in fact no control joints then there will for sure be cracking. It's possible that the joints were skimmed over with a topping slab or sealer.
