What specific front ATS LSD are you now using please?
Do you know any specific settings of it: number of springs used (if their design uses them), ramp angle, pre-load setting?
Maybe you can describe a little how the chassis attitude changed from corner entry under brakes to exit under power, going from the original setup (Weir 12 plate, ACD, Torsen front) to new setup (ATS rear LSD, ACD, ATS front LSD).
Rear LSD probably is now a little softer engaging, but did not significantly change chassis behavior, but front LSD made a big difference: how?

i think actually that front diff is going to make a huge difference, as opposed to the rear diff being particularly special. i've looked at the carbon stuff, frankly all the salisbury diffs are just some combination of preload and lockup behavior/characteristics. looks like the hybrid uses some combinations of carbon and metal disks for softer and harder lockup, but maybe there is something i'm missing here.

I had Jon at TRE put the new ATS in another rear diff so I could turn the current 12plate rear diff into a spare.
The car feels very composed under braking but the biggest difference is coming out of a corner while on power, the car has no understeer anymore, pulls the front end around the turn.
I'm using ATS's OTS Evo IX diffs, exactly like the came out of the box.

bumping this - i've got the OSG in the car, but as soon as I did the weather turned to **** and I haven't been out yet. I disconnected the rear trailing arm when I simultaneously swapped the rear sway bars, and I need an alignment before I do any real driving. I've been thinking about this topic and had one question
obviously 1.5 ways lock on accel and partially lock on decel - I've been hypothesizing that this is the reason for my corner entry understeer - but, depending on driving style, if you're not decelerating much by the time you enter a corner/if you're even briefly coasting, doesn't that mean the diff is not locking at all, forwards or reverse? basically, coast = not accelerating or decelerating with any significant amount of force, then no lock?

If the transmission is in gear, and you're off throttle, there is decel force on the diff. I've never seen someone enter a comer on maintenance throttle unless it's a high speed sweeper.
