Sup w/them 2024 Fall Projects?

Ouch man that sucks, sorry to see that! From the picture it appears as though #3 is missing a tip to the grounding strap as well. I don't think it "crushed" as in made contact. Breaking off a ground strap is from detonation. Did your fuel pump **** the bed?

Thats detonation, it happening in 2 cylinders points to a fuel pump starting to go, or your tune was too aggressive. Or, in classic MAP engine fashion, those two cylinders had an issue with the rings, were consuming oil, which reduces octane, causing the detonation..

Can you post close up pics of the ground straps and electrodes. Check the fueling ring at the bottom of the electrode if it's still there.
if you melted something you'll see it on the plug.
Send oil out for an analysis.

Heading to Hoffman Estates, IL and Boostin Performance for a conversion to speed density, fuel pump, injectors, ebc, and tune. Updating the White Rabbit build. Will be interesting to see how it turns out! Hoping for more drivability after years of this Dynoflash-hacked-to-pieces ECU!

No idea of track behavior yet, but I can tell you it'll be fast as hell. Instant torque (full torque past break-in) as low as 2500 rpm. It launches out of the corners but it really comes to life above 5k. The oh sh! buttons work well, almost too well, but that's to be expected as most Vette owners are not expected to be expert drivers. Spaceship like cockpit, learning curve even for me. Not a fan of the middle section being so high, buuuut when you wanna pilot a rocket, this is your car. So far little things like the front top hats hold water and other things you've heard about with "fit and finish" but it's all solvable. Trunk spaces are really smaller then they advertise, the GT4 can hold more. I, personally, still prefer the GT4 as it's really a drivers car - but you simply can't be the price per smile....kinda like the evo
Then, there's the sound....I mean wow. I can't wait for someone to put full tubes on one of these. You flip it between Street, Sport, and Track. Sport and track open up some kinda bypass but I'm sure we can do better.

fyi red line is doing a live conference on their new supercool coolant
https://www.facebook.com/watch/live/...f_t=live_video
they did say for engine builds that sit, this product protects instantly, vs needing heat activation (?) from other kinds of coolants.

I think Ive talked about it before but finally got to making my brackets for the Aero6 calipers. Brackets dont exist on the market for these and the wilwood kit is for the SL6R. Improvements come from increased pad area and able to run OEM rotor to X rotor with just a spacer flip.
Old setup was built into the caliper but decided to do it this way to have an available and tested bolt on bracket if anyone wants them in the future. Not sure what I'll be doing with the old setup, maybe just sell off the calipers and shelf the uprights.

@Dallas Badass as always! I have a couple vette buddies running the Aero6 and for what it is ,seems like a great cost effective option short of going big money with a real BBK.

just FYI - talked to Red Line Oil on 2 things on their live video
1) the use of 2-eha in their coolants - they said it's neutralized in the coolant and not an issue as far as eating plastics/silicone. I don't totally buy it (dexcool??) so I may not use their supercool
2) i asked them what fluid they recommend for a situation where a manual trans fluid needing GL4 shares the fluid with a limited slip requiring GL5 - our situation in other words. He recommended the no slip fluid (https://www.redlineoil.com/75w90-ns-gl-5-gear-oil)
May give this a shot?

What's the upper limit on rotor size? I'd like the option to run Wilwood's 362mm or even 381mm rotors eventually. I'm assuming I'd want a different bracket for the very large rotors rather than using long spacers.
