If you pull all the parts, and disable in Tephra, then no it does not function at all. Am I missing something?

In that case, if you disable in tephra and install the block-off you should be good.

Its all disabled in your tune. Just block it off and go.

yep big end rod bearings. Do them every season. they are usually beginning to go pretty average when i pull them out. Def wouldnt go more than a season on a set.

Take a look at a stock WHP evo's first main bearing and you will be shocked then...

yea i wudn be so secure haha. ive always changed big end bearings even when my engine was low power. its the weak point of the 4g motor esp if ur wet sump and its cheap insurance to just swap em annually

My last short block went 130k miles. I drive about 3k per year. I should be good for the life of the car.
If I had to start swapping bearings every year (at my per level) I'd ditch the hunk of junk and go with another platform.
