The entire underside of the Supra is well designed to be relatively flat. Those pieces are more for continuity of the flat bottom. I don't know if they'd do a whole lot on an Evo unless it was part of a larger effort to create a semi-continuous flat bottom extending to the rear of the car.

thought it'd be a good piece to have to prevent air from going to the rear bumper

Oh yeah, I remember seeing these a long time ago and at that time saw they were not HID so I never bought a set. Bummer they didn't make HID ones! Thank you for the link though.

Put any mitsu part number in, you'll even find stuff that's 'discontinued'. Price might increase before shipment and may take a bit but it's legit. I didn't believe it till I found a hood vent.

Got exhaust mani bolts sealed up. Cleaned and sprayed header with VHT white to match Swaintech coating which I read on their website takes paint well. Also put VHT copper gasket cement on both affected gaskets, reused old ones.

Also found my driver rear CV boot bust have a breach, grease sprayed in barrel of the upright, so thats next project. Tomorrow off to get tints. Quickjack worked great, with all the vehicles around I imagine I'll get my money with of use.

Couple shots of the coating, only painted exh manifold because it had a lot of burnt oil esp around flange to the head. Also removed wire bracket from heat shield and stripped and repainted. Should help and only maybe 2lbs.

I'm going to be designing and offering that for the Evo X (entire flat bottom). But it has not been started yet as the Evo X is unfortunately a dying platform.
