Actually, since CARB stands for California Air Resources Board, so if it has a CARB sticker, it means that is IS legal in California. I would double check to ensure that is a CARB sticker with a CARB number on it. I doubt it does.

OK,. I opened one today to look. The sticker tells you that you should have paperwork included for warranty and CARB.The CARB card that comes with the cat says 50 state legal, but from what i know about some new laws about new cars, That doesn't mean you are allowed to use it in Cali.
