Yes, carb legal in all states except Cali.I would imagine that makes it OBD2 compliant because in NJ they test based on a OBD2 scanner

Actually, since CARB stands for California Air Resources Board, so if it has a CARB sticker, it means that is IS legal in California. I would double check to ensure that is a CARB sticker with a CARB number on it. I doubt it does.

That's what I thought CARB stood for. Wierd that it would be legal in all states except Cali.

OK,. I opened one today to look. The sticker tells you that you should have paperwork included for warranty and CARB.The CARB card that comes with the cat says 50 state legal, but from what i know about some new laws about new cars, That doesn't mean you are allowed to use it in Cali.

I had 1, but its pre-sold and leaving today.The rest ship on weds.

Pre-order is a good Idea to get one fast and at this sick price.
