Does PE intake need oiling?

Nino, I don't understand Japanese
Do I need to oil this puppy? Completely forgot to ask.

Only whe n you clean it, Best oil would be to go to a 4wd store where they sell ATV's and get aerosol lubricant.Cheap price,but works great

Actually, the PE intake filter is a dry filter. DO NOT OIL it. The filter needs to be replaced after about 15K - 20K miles. You can purchase replacement filters for $70

The PE comes dry, but is still a cotton element like any K&N, AEM, etc...

Clean with soap and water, oil as I recommend..It will be fine.If it isn't Ill replace it for free...(Cause I know Im right )
