Noone's mentioning if these are corrected numbers are not.

When I dynoed back in January, it was cold. The uncorrected numbers were much greater than the corrected numbers. Gotham did the dynos on uncorrected numbers.

Also, what gear is everyone dynoing in? When I was at Gotham, they did it in 3rd, but 4th at Cobb.

All corrected numbers.

4th gear? All of our dyno pulls on dyno day was 3rd as well as my previous dyno in CA.

I went from alamos dynojet and made 284whp and 278 wtq at alamo with basic bolt-ons. I added S1 cams (stock before) and cam gears and went to Gotham racing mustang dyno and made 276whp and 266wtq. I don't know if Alamos dyno has had something happen to it but I definetly made much more at Alamo at that time. This was dynojet vs. mustang dyno. I know its not a direct comparison but both times my car was tuned by the same person and I always change plugs before I go. The mustang read lower for sure.

I have not yet gone to Cobb.

Which makes your scenario moot.

The only way to prove that COBBs dyno is reading like Gotham Racing's is to actually get your car dyno'd at each place back-to-back with no changes to the car.

Which dynojet reading are you going off of? Mine is:

whp: 1 - 345/350 = 0.0142 ~= 1.4%
wtq: 1 - 342/353 = 0.0311 ~= 3.1%

I made it in reference to post 226. I will go to Cobb and Alamo and get dynoed at both we will see. I think some one was talking about going to Alamo. I would like to do them both in the same day with the car allowed to cool before starting the runs.

Thanks Cobb Tuning for hosting this event for us.

Now to the guys that are filling this thread with crap. "My car made this much on such and such's dyno" Who gives a flying ___? Stop pissing and moaning. A dyno is just a good tuning tool. You can have a 500hp car and unless you are a good driver and have the correct suspension set up you will not be fast. If you are spinning tires you are not making forward progress at the rate of acceleration that you could be at. You run a 10 sec 1/4 or beat some lap record at MSR, ECR, HHR or "The Ring." You are fast. You dyno your car and it makes
700hp. Then you run an 11 sec 1/4. STFU you dyno QUEEN.
