Dude that looks sick! How does it sound? Is it just the muffler pipe on back?

Yeah it's axle back only. The flapper in the stock muffler wasn't allowing the exhaust to flow correctly so I had this made.
Yeah I was happy with it because it's not real loud. It has a nice grumble which I think it should sound like anyway.
I don't know what the welds are. You are correct, its not mandrel bent and he told me this in the quote. It think the pipe is 2.75 or 2.5 to 3.5" stainless tips. Yeah I was happy with $180. He was going to charge me that just to modify my muffler.
He said he could finish off the piping from the downpipe back, flanged with bungs for another $125. So I would guess you could get a 3" downpipe back for less than $400 and it would also have the flanges and bungs.

bye bye's exhaust got me thinking.
the exhaust on my dsm is a custom 3" turboback made by a friend of mine. were going to build a single exit catback for my evo. were going to use ss mandrel bends and an ebay 3" inlet and 4" tip muffler. arc welded. i saw a few months ago a 350z with a single exit exhaust and it had a small reflector covering the other exit on the bumper so thats probably the route ill go for. ill post pics when supplies come in next week.
