I'll be honest - I'm not really up to driving all the hell the way out to Mineral Wells then all the way back.
However, I'm sure I will definitely want to go to the November 15th event at the Texas Motor Speedway bus lot. It'll be a great way to end off the season. It's nice a close (relatively speaking) and is very nice surface.
Edit: I think I will also go to the one at Pennington Field on November 22nd.
Who is interested? Great affordable way to have fun. You won't have another chance until like March of next year.

Only ones I know of are a bit of a drive from Dallas. Texas A&M has 2 more events left on Nov. 8 and Dec 6. $10 members $15 non-members. Their courses are setup at Riverside Annex. Baylor Driving Club has theirs at Mineral Wells on Nov 15, I'm not sure about registration fees for Baylor.
I think Spokes has one on Nov 15 too... but that's San Antonio and too far away.

It looks like I'll be attending the Mineral Wells Time Trials, it's about an hour and 15 or so from where I live. That event is the only one this month that I'll be able to go to and like I said I've been itching to get out again. My friend with his RX-8 will most likely be joining me.
Sean, I see that there is an Evo time listed on the last event. Was that yours? Any suggestions or comments about the lot used for this?
I'll know tomorrow afternoon/evening if we'll be going and will update everyone.

That was me. It was raining, so it was hard to judge anything.
The lot is rough and hard on tires, so keep that in mind. If you don't have mudflaps or the OEM body kit and you want to protect your paint a bit, you might tape up:
The course is pretty fun and open and you can get a good feel for the car. Definitely talk to David (the organizer) and maybe even have him drive you in either your car or his to get a feel for the course.
