Don Herring / NTEC Track Day - May 22 2010 @ MSR

** VERY IMPORTANT DETAILS**
1) If you have not already done so you must have the tech inspection done before Saturday and bring it. A copy of the tech inspection sheet is attached to this post. MUST BE SIGNED BY A CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN.
2) The questionnaire if not already sent back needs to be submitted immediately. If you need a copy of the questionnaire, please PM mrMTB, and I'll send it out to you.
3) Gate opens at 7:00 AM there will be a line with 2 events so please arrive early. Sign in is 7:30-8:30 at the 1.3 mile skid pad which is to the right when you enter the property (turn the opposite direction of the Porsches). YOU MUST BE AT THE DRIVER'S MEETING IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.
4) If you have a chair/tent (for shade) please bring it. You will need water (consider an ice chest), sunscreen, and a hat in addition to whatever you need for your vehicle.
5) No fire suit required but you must where long pants and a long sleeve shirt on when on track.

Agreed, a key consideration from the last DH track day was that we need to separate the groups into at least two - no experience and some experience (and preferably three - novice, intermediate, and expert).

Sean, according to the FB page, it's the 1.3 - so Apex might be running a DE event on the other side of the track the same day...

Don said at the meet that it is the 1.3 and we'll have it the whole day. Likely some lead follows then open sessioning.
Cost is a bit up in the air, but significantly less than a normal DE (and less than NTEC track days in the past!).
There are 39 spots to fill and Don'll have a page up quicklike to get signed up.
