Don Herring Mitsubishi FTW!
First of all, I'd like to tip off my hat to Don Herring Mitsubishi's service.
To be honest, before this incident, i hate dealerships when it comes to after sales customer service (Mitsu, Honda, Toyota, etc). But after my case, i'd like to acknowledge their excellent customer service and change my point of view in it. I'll never have 2nd thoughts on bringing my car to them. To make to story short they warrantied my acd pump which gave out on me. They are very prompt in updating you. They are honest to what's going on. They even brought me to the service area and showed me what's going on. They provided me rental car during the warranty service. All I can say, is thanks to Don (he himself accommodated me while i was there). Thanks to Ebby (service manager). Thanks to all of them.
I think this is one of the ways i can say thank you to them by posting my case here.

but it doesn't surprise me to hear great things about Don Herring Mitsubishi....
look how many years he's been supporting NTEC
Don regularly attends all monthly meets,
gives member discounts: 10% labor 15% parts
has supported every event we've asked,
SCCA Autocross Contingency Awards-$500per season, and $50per event!!!!
yearly tickets to the Dallas Auto Show,
yearly Show'n Shines w/huge gift certificates, and door prizes,
yearly MSR Track Days...ie. May 22, 2010
the list is so long, I may be leaving something out...

Don Herring FTW!
I usually hate dealing with car dealerships as well, whether purchasing a vehicle or getting warranty service done. However I can also attest to Don Herring's awesome and honest service, they made my vehicle purchase experience a great one. I will definitely recommend my friends wanting to get in an Evo or any other Mitsubishi to pay them a visit.
So a big thank you to Don Herring and Mike Wassell!

Thanks guys! We certainly enjoy being a part of the Evo community. It's always great to hear when we do good and I appreciate the post as I do any feedback on how we're performing.
