I don't know how many soccer fans we have here or how many of you guys speak/understand Spanish, but futbol.univision.com is showing ALL of the games online this year for free. Their stream quality is VERY VERY good.

They spell football wrong, don't speak english and wear gay shorts. Also, no pads? How do they play football for more than 1 game and not kill themselves.

There is actually a method to the madness. Basically each half is 45 minutes, however there are actions during the halves that would be considered "lost time". So the ref keeps track of that and basically adds it back in at the end of the 45 minutes. Why it is like that...I don't know. A friend of mine joked around saying that poor countries don't have the ability to stop a clock...and I guess even as sad as that might be, it could be right. They keep track of the amount of time of the stoppage and just add it to the end of the 45 minutes.
