Reviews say that as the season goes on it gets better. The Evo X is in episode 2, its a remake of the one where Hammond raced the alpine skiers in the RS6 station wagon.

I thought the show tried to hard to be like the UK version and just failed everywhere. The big thing was the hosts. You can tell they are all reading from a script and have no interaction with each other. The commentary seems forced and their is no longer that good bit of humor that keeps even non car enthusiasts watching. Also don't know what kind of an intro that was for Stig but it was def not proper. hopefully it gets better but I'm gonna stick with the blokes across the pond for now.

Yep, why did they try to make a direct US copy of the UK show. The guys are dorks. They aren't whitty like the brits. IMHO the show was boring. We already have an awesome UK version why even waste time with this?

I think they did ok, its hard to come out with part 2 of any movie, they had big shoes to fill. Maybe they will get it together and get a better chemistry going as the season progresses.

The show feels like it read every damn review on the web and decided to re-do there first episode.
This doesn't feel like anything they showed us last week..camera shaking..fake camera views...and horrible scripting.
This looks really promising....
