The Lodge has a fantastic steak and eye candy as well. I would literally rank its steaks equal to Ruth Chris but a lot less money. Let me know if you want to go there...
Steve Fields has great steak and seafood as does Baileys in Allen.
Bobs Steak and Chop House but its pricey.
Del Friscos and Three Forks are great but on the high end of price.
I listed these in order of price per person from 30 to 75.

What time are you guys going to be at Cattlemens? I currently work in Ft Worth and am only like 10 minutes from Cattlemens. If I'm not tied up at work, I may stop by and introduce/join you guys for dinner.

Del Frisco's is great, Dakota's or Chamberlains in Dallas are both excellent as well. For best steak flavor though my vote goes to Boi Na Braza's house special, it's a pepper crusted filet and is hands down the best I've had...plus its a brazillian churascuria so it's all you can eat!
