Thought that it seemed interesting. Doesn't seem to be any NTEC members signed up yet.

i'm still chagrined that none of them have been willing to consider, coming to the MOD...at least its not the same weekend as first considered
i'm not sure whether i'm up for standing in the June heat
a cruise sounds like a lot more fun
i got tired of looking at both threads, so here's post #1 of the South forum thread...

What: TX All-state Evo meet
Where: Mansfield Dam - Austin, TX
When: Saturday, June 23rd (roll in starting at 10am)
Afterwards well cruise to Rudy's BBQ for a late group lunch.
Come out, talk cars, meet fellow Evo family members, and overall have a good time. This is our first attempt at this so let's get a good turnout.
As always, if we want this to be an ongoing event, we all need to be mature about this ie. nothing stupid in or around the event PLEASE. That includes racing, revving, speeding, being dumb, and anything else along those lines.
Let's get a roll call started in here. Also if you could post up the city you will be rolling in from as well

So far it looks like both Tom and I are interested in attending...anyone else? We could arrange a group-cruise for NTEC from DFW heading down to Austin, hang out at that meet, grab lunch/dinner in Austin, then cruise back in the evening.

Im game. Hopefully Ill be able to get my hard pipes put in before then, but we'll see. Any one who has done a hard pipe kit, Id like some help to do it.

I've talked to quite a few people this weekend, hopefully a few will join us. Anyone want to stay the night and do the 3 sisters sunday? thats a loop in the leakey area

If you plan on buying a new intercooler within the next few months just hold off on the IC piping install and do it all at once. Piping alone won't make any noticeable difference other than looking nice.

As you can see Kelly, they are meeting at 10 am. We need to leave Dallas area around 7 am at the latest and not poke around. After lunch the cruise would be over?? So we could do something as an NTEC group. I sent you a text this morning Kelly.
Let me know what the plan is. If we are going to do a cruise then lets get maps in advance and be organized. I don't want to go down there, lose people, be on the phone while driving twisties, and be generally sloppy about it. It loses some of the fun.
