I dont have any CEL I am catless with antifoul mod. I also got meth/injection,also my tint in my eclipse is 10% so I need shop that will look the other way on all those things. I will pay whatever fee they want to give me the inspection.
Illegal how? "visually"?
As long as you dont have a cel and all your monitors are "ready" then you can easily find someone who would ignore a visual - many small garages in the Wexford area. I live about 10 mi. south of Wexford in Ross Twp. (McKnight Road).
On the monitors you can have (1) monitor not complete and pass but it cant be the cat (rear O2) or EVAP from what I was told.
There is a patch now we can set all the non-continuous monitors as ready - I have seen your sn on ecuflash forum so I am sure you have read the post by acumus, it def. works. I have been helping test it (still have his last update to test which will do that tomorrow)....I helped get someone of the forum setup with it who wasn't real savy adding to xml's etc and he confirmed he passed emissions

Lets just say that I manage to rock stickers every year running AEM EMS. Emissions exempt without cat. But I am not sure I can release such info. And not sure my guy would be willing to do another such thing.

Awesome, I seen your post in the V6 thread! I'm figuring when you send my updated rom for the injectors maybe we can add this..lol
P.S. I adjusted the wastegate rod one full turn. Going over potential leaks now.

If all you have to do is swap out the test pipe, it's easier to just swap it out for a day. As far as the tint goes, Mike may know differently, but I spoke with a guy from the state about tint. He had to look it up in his book to give me a straight answer, but told me he's never really seen anyone fail for tint. It is illegal though, as you are aware. I did have a source lined up last year for my VIII, but he's no longer in the industry.
